Prices
At SecureID I/S, all prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices daily without prior consent. We also reserve the right to notify if items are sold out.
Payment
SecureID I/S accepts payment via MobilePay and Bank Transfer. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is delivered. All amounts are in DKK, Danish kroner, and include VAT. We reserve the right to correct price errors and sold-out/discontinued items.
Delivery
Digital Delivery
As our products and services are digital solutions, delivery of the ordered items will take place online. Upon completion of an order, the buyer will receive the items via the email address or user profile registered at the time of purchase.
Delivery Time
The delivery of the digital product will follow the agreement made before purchase unless otherwise stated in the ordering process. In the event of technical issues or delays, the buyer will be informed via email.
Access and Download
The buyer will have access to download or use the digital service via our online platform or through a direct download link sent to the specified email address. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the correct email address is provided at the time of ordering.
Right of Withdrawal
As this involves digital content delivered by agreement, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the buyer gains access to the digital content. The buyer agrees to this upon completing the purchase.
Support and Assistance
Should there be any issues accessing the purchased digital product or questions regarding the use of our services, we offer support via our customer service, which can be contacted through our website or the specified email address for support.
Use of Digital Products
By purchasing our digital products, the buyer agrees to follow the terms of use and license conditions applicable to the individual products and services. Unauthorized sharing or distribution of digital products is not permitted and may result in legal consequences. For certain items, special delivery terms apply. The conditions will be specified before the purchase of these items.
Warranty
A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in the product. You can have the item repaired or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not cover errors or damage caused by improper handling of the product/service. You must make a claim within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect/error. SecureID I/S will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

No packages sent COD will be accepted.
Refunds
In the case of a refund, please provide bank details in the form of registration and account numbers so the agreed amount can be transferred. These details can be safely provided via email or another electronic form, as they are not sensitive information and will only be used for processing the refund.
Right of Withdrawal
A 14-day full return policy is granted on items purchased in our webshop. According to the Sale of Goods Act, there is no right of withdrawal on digital products that have been used. However, if the product does not meet your expectations, please contact us.
The period is calculated from the day:
- You receive the order.
- You receive the last item physically when it concerns an order for multiple different items delivered individually or in stages.
- You receive the first item physically for regular delivery of items over a specific period.
Return costs must be borne by you. The withdrawal must be notified to us within 14 days of purchase, and from the date of withdrawal, you must return the shipment within 14 days. The notification must be made by email to[email protected]. In the message, you must clearly state that you wish to use your right of withdrawal.
You cannot withdraw by simply refusing receipt of the item without clearly notifying us.
Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
The following item types are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
- Items manufactured to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
- Sealed items that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Items that, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items upon delivery.
- Items where the seal is broken.
- Performed non-financial services if the service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ceases when the service is fully performed.
- Delivery of digital content not delivered on a physical medium, if execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost.
- Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription agreements for such publications.
- Agreements concluded at a public auction.
- Items that deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Digital products that have been used. If a digital product is downloaded, it is considered used and cannot be withdrawn.
Return
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your use of the right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. You must include a copy of the order confirmation. The process will be faster if you also fill out and include our Withdrawal Form.
You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery until we receive it back. We do not accept packages sent COD.
Condition of the Item Upon Return
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. You can try the item as you would in a physical store.
If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you withdraw from the purchase, you will only receive a portion or none of the purchase amount, depending on the item's commercial value at the time of receipt - upon return. To receive the full purchase amount, you must therefore try the item without actually using it.
Reimbursement
If you withdraw from your purchase, you will, of course, receive the amount you paid to us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. When using the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest form of standard delivery offered by us), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the item back unless you have provided proof of returning it.
Rights
All rights to workshops, courses, events, and digital products belong to SecureID I/S. By purchasing, you obtain a license to use the purchased product as specified under the respective product. Your digital product is personal, and it is not allowed to sell, forward, lend, give away, or otherwise distribute the purchased product, either privately or commercially. This applies to the content of our online products, downloaded products, live sessions, workshops, and courses.

To enter into an agreement with us and shop on our website, we need the following information about you:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Information about what you purchased
- Company name (if applicable)
We process your personal information to deliver the item to you and to handle inquiries regarding your purchase. Processing is done according to the rules in our privacy policy for SecureID I/S.
