Our products and services are digital solutions delivered online. Upon purchase completion, you will receive access via your registered email or user profile.

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and taxes. We accept payment via MobilePay and Bank Transfer.

Digital Delivery

Delivery occurs online immediately after purchase confirmation. You'll receive access instructions via email.

Access and Support

You'll have access to download or use the digital service through our platform or via a direct download link.

A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This covers product defects but not damage from improper use.

All rights to workshops, courses, events, and digital products belong to SecureID I/S. Purchasing grants you a license for personal use only.

For digital products, the right of withdrawal expires once you gain access to the digital content. You acknowledge this upon purchase.

For other services, a 14-day withdrawal period applies from the day of purchase.
